Launch Site Balloon Prep

Helium
Balloon laid out, ready to fill
Tare weight (sandbag) attached to balloon prior to fill
Helium is filling balloon
Flow control of helium
Partially filled
Half to maybe two thirds full
Just before balloon is filled
Balloon lifts tare weight. It's fully filled for flight.
Removing Fill valve and hose
Inserting sealing "bolt" into PVC neck fill tube.
Bolt inserted, balloon sealed. Next step is to tie payloads to support lines.
