  • Go to the above site and select Fixed Winds. Be aware, you need to check the radio button to the left of Upper Air. If you just click on Upper Air (the text) you will go to a page about this data. A map page will open with the surface winds. At the bottom of the map are some selections you can make. Among them the altitude for the winds to be plotted. You can view the winds for various altitudes by selecting from this box.
