The Discovery Learning Center at
Colorado University

A tech meeting for the upcoming CU high altitude glider flight is scheduled for this Saturday, January 20th, 2007. Times for this meeting have been adjusted to allow for participation in the NCARC Hamfest.

  • 0800 for the hamfest
  • 1230 for lunch at the CU Discovery Learning Center (Pizza provided by Chris Koehler)
  • 1300 for the start of the CU tech meeting

Lunch was originally scheduled at Chili's in Boulder. However, the gang at CU offered to host a pizza lunch at the Discovery Learning Center and that idea was accepted.

from Brian Sanders: Lot 436 directly to the east of the DLC would be the best place to park and it is free after 5. The parking structure and the open air lot to the North of the parking structure are both considered Lot 436.

...

(Use) the main entrance to the DLC. Go up the stairs in the lobby to the top floor where you will find our space. I'm sure you will find some familiar BalloonSats hanging in the windows. We will also have some signs to direct everyone up to Space Grant.
