General Membership Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 19:12.

No quorum was present.

Treasurer's report

Repeater Controllers.

Board decided that the club needs to acquire 3 new controllers. New `controllers are $495 each. WA0KBT is looking into what controller to get and will advise the board.

Picnic sign up sheet was passed out.

Elections. 2 of the 3 board members who's term is up are not running for reelection. We need a program chairman to organize speakers for meetings. Could be a board member. No election was held since there was no quorum.

New membership. The club may want to solicit new membership from D22 members.
