Info about the EOSS Website

The EOSS Web Site was first launched on 15 Jan, 1995
Ever since EOSS obtained its own domain name our site has been archived sporadically by the "Wayback" archive. See versions from December of 1998 through to the present.

Edge of Space Sciences Inc. is a volunteer organization comprised of individuals with expertise in the process of flying stratospheric high altitude helium balloons. We fly both plastic and latex balloons and handle payloads from several grams to, generally, a maximum of around 10 kilograms. Larger payloads have been flown in rare and special circumstances.
