Parachute hangs payloads on power line
and ... continues to settle to the ground.

AirCore (circular) hanging from power line with AE0SS-11 on the opposite side
of the line preventing the AirCore from descending to the ground.
Trackers consider what to do
Payloads suspended across the road as one end of the payload train is caught in
the power lines and the other on a fence.
