The decrease in ascent rate can easily be seen in
this altitude vs. time plot.
Looks like we bumped into some fairly rapidly descending air packets during
ascent.

While not as pronounced as in EOSS-103's plot, you can see the drop off on the
ascent rate in this Altitude vs. Time chart
As was the case with EOSS-103, the same upper air conditions retarded the ascent
by around 400 fpm.
Telemetry from AE0SS-11. The altitude in this graph is determined by baro
pressure NOT GPS. So, it isn't as accurate.
