Fill Commences for EOSS-104

The Students await the launch of their many payloads.

Pilot balloon is almost straight up (no wind). Payload handlers lined up on the
left get the final brief on release techniques from Dave Galpin.

One of the RoverSats

A better mouse trap. No wait, this trap is setup to release not capture.

With such light winds the payload handlers form a "U" shaped launch
configuration in order to be close to the spot directly below the balloon as it
ascends almost straight up.
