That's the moon, so we're looking approximately 230 degrees towards southwestern Colorado. Altitude unknown, maybe around 50K. Wings still stowed prior to deployment.

 


Approximately 95K feet, wing inflation underway

 


Approximately 96K feet, wing 95% or more inflated. The moon is again visible. Note its  difference in height above the visible atmosphere from the photo above. An examination of this photos is posted HERE since the moon gives us a recognizable landmark to work with.
