Recap of EOSS-100Google Earth OverlayThanks go to Ray Perkins, VA3RFP, for his creation TrackerGE (Tracker Google Earth) which he used to capture this track. Visit his website, http://web.295.ca/~gpz550/GEtrax/ to obtain a copy of his program. However, once you have recorded the track you can view it without TrackerGE. You only need the data file and a copy of Google Earth. note: TrackerGE has morphed into GETrax as it has evolved over the past 12 months. To view the track displayed below, download this file: If you have Google Earth installed on your computer you can unzip it and double click on the extracted file, Google Earth will launch and you will be greeted by a view of the earth which then zooms into this image:
You can then "play" with a three dimensional representation of the flight track of EOSS-100 as shown below in individual screen captures.
